RMMS Foundation
Professional Association for Advanced Meditative Risk Management
The RMMS Foundation (v.i.G.) is an independent professional association dedicated to raising the standards of mediative, psychological, and strategic risk work within organizations and complex systems. Our members operate in high-stakes environments where stability, clarity, and ethical decision-making are essential.
Our Purpose
We exist to strengthen the profession of mediators, strategists, and conflict-specialists who work on organizational, interpersonal, and systemic risks. The Foundation provides:
- A professional home for high-level mediative practitioners
- A shared moral and methodological code (RMMS Code of Conduct)
- A recognizable quality standard for companies, executive partners, and institutions
- A transparent framework for evaluating mediative and strategic risk competence
- A community committed to continuous refinement of advanced methods
Why Organizations Benefit
Companies, HR departments and executive leaders increasingly face complex conflicts that cannot be solved solely through legal, financial, or structural measures.
By choosing an RMMS-associated professional, organizations gain:
- Higher reliability through strict membership standards
- Predictable quality in mediative and strategic interventions
- Neutral, psychologically stable guidance in sensitive decision processes
- Advanced risk diagnostics for human and systemic dynamics
- Reduction of organizational damage caused by escalating conflicts
The RMMS Foundation acts as a quality filter — helping companies distinguish between superficial mediation and true advanced strategic work.
Professional Designation
Members who meet the Foundation’s standards may use the professional designation:
Risk Management Mediative Strategist (RMMS)
This designation is not a state certification and not an academic degree. It is a professional title within the Foundation’s association framework indicating:
- Verified experience in mediative strategic work
- Adherence to the RMMS Code of Conduct
- Commitment to advanced psychological and systemic principles
- Neutrality, integrity, and ethical responsibility
- Ongoing professional development
Members voluntarily submit to our internal quality review and ethical guidelines. This gives organizations a clear benchmark when selecting professionals for sensitive tasks.
Membership & Admission
Membership is selective. Applicants undergo:
- An admission interview
- A review of experience in mediation, conflict work, or strategic intervention
- A commitment to the Foundation’s standards and moral code
- A voluntary declaration to follow the RMMS methodology and ethical guidelines
Accepted members are listed — with their consent — as part of the Foundation’s professional network. Organizations may contact us to verify membership status.

Guiding Principles (RMMS Code of Conduct)
- Neutrality — independent, unbiased, and transparent work
- Human integrity — respect and psychological safety for all parties
- Responsibility — awareness of organizational and human impact
- Precision — structured, evidence-based decisions and interventions
- Discretion — confidential handling of all information
- Continuous evolution — ongoing development of methods and tools
Origin & Intention
The RMMS Foundation emerged from the observation that mediators with high experience, deep psychological understanding, and advanced strategic competence often stand on the same level as beginners or short-trained practitioners in the public eye.
This mismatch leads to situations where companies invest in mediation, but do not achieve the required outcomes — not because mediation failed, but because the practitioner was not experienced enough for the complexity of the case.
The Foundation addresses this gap by creating a recognisable, reliable professional identity for those who work at a higher standard.
Our goal is to support organizations and CEOs worldwide in selecting the right professionals for their most sensitive challenges. We aim for international reach and long-term establishment.
